The corporate finance and procurement department is made up of several teams that can provide a combined work experience and shadowing opportunity depending on the individuals interests.
Corporate & Trustwide - The Corporate & Trustwide Team are responsible for management accounting support to all Corporate areas: Estates and Facilities, Research, Financial Planning, Reporting (internally and externally), Financial Reporting Systems, Capital Accounting, Costing and Service Line Reporting.
Financial Services - Financial Services leads a team responsible for Payroll and Pensions, Payment to Suppliers, Collection of payment from customers, Cashiering and Charitable funds. In addition to Trust cash flow management, the preparation and submission of the Trust's annual accounts and associated statutory returns.
Forensic Team - The Forensic Team are responsible for supporting frontline medium & low secure and high secure services. This includes prisons, secure units and women's services which are delivered across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.
Mental Health Team - The Mental Health Team predominantly support frontline mental health services such as; Adult Mental Health Services, Mental Health Services for Older People and Specialist Services which includes CAMHS, Intellectual Disability and Prescribed services.
Community Health Team - The Community Health Team supports all community services delivered by the trust. Some of these include; Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Local Mental Health Teams, Street Triage Team and The Specialist Depression Service.
Procurement - The Procurement Department are also based at Lichfield Lane and supports both Nottinghamshire Healthcare and East Midlands Ambulance Service, ensuring that we get value for money for all the goods and services we purchase. The main categories of Procurement are separated into Clinical, Workforce, Estates and Digital, and they are divided into three main areas - Strategic sourcing, Buying, and Customer Support.

Reception is directly opposite the visitors car park and we are based on the ground floor and the 1st floor of the Coal Authority building. There will be a phone located at the entrance with the admin team's details for the candidate to call through. Admin will then meet in Reception
